Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities and are subject to our Refund Policy and, for live plants, our Grow Happy™ Plant Guarantee .

Live plants are natural products and may vary in size, shape, and appearance due to seasonality and growing conditions. Product photos are representative only and often depict mature plants.

Live plants are not insured by shipping carriers and are covered exclusively under our Grow Happy™ Plant Guarantee. We cannot guarantee long-term performance or survival once plants are delivered, as outcomes depend on site conditions, climate, and care beyond our control.

We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or comparable carriers to fulfill orders and reserve the right to select the carrier that provides the most reliable service. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information and to promptly update your account information as needed.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where small-claims court applies.
