We’re a growing live-plant eCommerce company focused on long-term, sustainable growth and happy customers. Our farm and facilities are based in Knox, Pennsylvania, where we propagate, grow, and ship plants nationwide.

How We Work

  • Customer-first: we pack with care, communicate clearly, and solve problems quickly.
  • Hands-on: most roles are on-site in our greenhouses and shipping area.
  • Seasonal rhythm: spring and fall are our busiest times — and the most fun, too.

2026 Seasonal Hiring

We’re now accepting applications for Spring–Fall 2026 seasonal positions in our greenhouses and fulfillment (shipping) facility.

Spring is our busiest season, and we’re looking for dependable team members to help across all shifts — daytime, evening, and weekends. We’re flexible with scheduling and can usually tailor hours around your availability. If you can only do nights, weekends, or weekdays — that’s completely fine. We’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits. Pay starts at $13 per hour and increases for strong performers.

Current Opportunities

Now hiring for Spring 2026 seasonal roles in Greenhouse (Horticulture) and Fulfillment (Shipping).

  • Greenhouse Team Member (Seasonal): watering, pruning, spacing, and quality checks.
  • Fulfillment & Packaging (Seasonal): picking orders, packing plants for shipment, and staging.

No direct horticulture experience? No problem — we’ll train for the role. Reliability, attention to detail, and a good attitude matter most.

Location & Schedule

  • Where: Knox, Pennsylvania.
  • When: weekday and weekend shifts available — daytime, evening, and weekend hours all needed in spring.
  • Work environment: greenhouse and warehouse settings with hands-on tasks, lifting, and some outdoor work in variable weather.
