We’re a small, grower-run nursery in Pennsylvania, and we stand behind every plant we ship. Our guarantee is simple: your plants arrive healthy, and we support you during their first few weeks in your garden.
Grow Happy™ Healthy Arrival Guarantee
Your plants are guaranteed to arrive alive, healthy, well-rooted, and true to variety. If something is wrong on arrival, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the plant, packaging, and label.
Grow Happy™ 30-Day Extended Guarantee
Most hardy outdoor plants (perennials, shrubs, trees) are covered for their first 30 days after delivery. If a plant fails to establish with reasonable care, we may offer a one-time replacement or store credit.
What Isn’t Covered
Houseplants and annuals are covered by Healthy Arrival only and are not included in the 30-Day Extended Guarantee. Additionally, we do not cover issues caused by, including but not limited to, the following:
- Planting outside recommended USDA zones
- Poor drainage, over-/under-watering, or delayed planting
- Extreme weather (heat, cold, drought, storms)
- Animal or pest damage
- Damage from chemicals, salt, or neglect
Dormant Plants
Many plants naturally arrive leafless or brown in fall/winter. Dormancy is normal and not considered a defect. As long as the root system is healthy and firm, the plant is considered alive under our Healthy Arrival Guarantee.
Submitting a Claim
For any concern, reach out through our contact form with your order number and photos. Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit.
Replacement shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
