Wreath FAQs & Care

How long do these wreaths last, and how should they be cared for?

Fresh evergreen wreaths:
Typically last 3–6 weeks indoors and up to about 8 weeks outdoors in cool climates. Light misting every few days helps maintain freshness, and wreaths should be kept away from heat sources and direct sun.

Dried & preserved wreaths: Best suited for indoor display and can last for many months when kept out of direct sunlight, humidity, and strong air movement.

For best results, hang wreaths in a cool, dry location and handle gently when unpacking or storing between seasons.

Where are these wreaths made, and what materials are used?

Each wreath is handcrafted in Washington State using natural materials — from fragrant evergreens to dried botanicals and grains. Natural variation in color and texture is part of the charm of a handmade piece.

How long does it take to make and ship a wreath?

Most wreaths are handmade to order. Please allow ~5–7 business days for production before shipment. A tracking number will be emailed when your order leaves the studio.

How should wreaths be displayed for best appearance and longevity?

Fresh evergreen wreaths:
Suitable for outdoor display in cool weather or indoors when kept away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Dried & preserved designs: Recommended for indoor use only to maintain color and structure.

Use a sturdy hook or wreath hanger, and ensure doors can open freely without crushing the wreath during daily use.

Can wreaths be gifted, and what if there’s an issue with my order?

Gifting:
A complimentary gift message can be added at checkout and will be included with the shipment.

Support: If your wreath arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.

Is natural variation normal, and what if my wreath looks slightly different?

Because each wreath is made from natural materials, slight differences in color, fullness, and texture are completely normal. Some shedding of needles, petals, or grains can also occur during handling and display.

Made-to-order seasonal items are not eligible for standard returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
