Summary

Dukat Dill is an especially mellow and sweet type of dill plant that produces much more foliage than most other dill varieties.

It's best known for its lush and dense formation of greenish-blue leaves. Its generous foliage development is made possible by its tendency to produce leaves much longer than other dill varieties, as it's typically slower to bolt than other dill strains.

Dukat Dill adds a wonderful flavor to all sorts of meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables. Especially excellent with salmon, trout, salads, and Mediterranean cuisine.

One may harvest this dill and use it while fresh, or dry it and save it for a later date.
