'Scentsation' honeysuckle from Proven Winners® is a very showy vine from with extremely fragrant flowers. It is a lovely specimen for trellises and fences. It has a very long bloom time, flowering from mid-spring to late summer. Bright red berries are produced after flowering, adding to its appeal.

Cover a post, fence, pergola, or trellis with delicious fruity fragrance. 'Scentsation' honeysuckle is a non-invasive vine with sunny yellow blooms for much of the summer.

Berries will provide food for birds, which may also shelter within the vine. 

Deer-resistant. 

Tolerates Black Walnut. 

Honeysuckle Vine Care

Provide full sun. Too little light will cause growth issues. 

Fertilization is suggested, especially if soil is poor. Our slow release fertilizer is a great option. 

Prune in the late fall. All pruning should be done using a clean tool to minimize the risk of diseases. Honeysuckle Vine 'Scentsation' blooms on new wood, so pruning should attempt to maintain the cleanliness and shape of the vine by removing dead and nuisance growth. Avoid over-pruning. 

Water regularly, especially after planting prior to establishment. Attempt to keep soil lightly moist, but not wet. It's suggested to place 2"-3" of mulch under this plant to help retain a light degree of ground moisture. 

Space plants 3' apart.
